At Rumi Cosmetiques, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we currently do not process physical returns for technical reasons, we proudly offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind.
To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for reimbursement.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A refund processing fee of $5 (USD/AUD/CAD/EUR) will be deducted from each approved refund.
